  24. : Usually, that's an ATX setting (usually ATX4 - dial without dialtone, 
  25. : ATX3 - wait for dialtone). Make sure it's set correctly for you
  26. : particular modem in /etc/uucp/Dialers.

  34. Should the ATX setting be:  ATX3 - dial without dialtone.
  35. ATX4 - wait for dialtone?? That seems to be the way it works for me.
